Listen to anyone who has lived in Chilliwack long enough and they値l eventually tell you the same thing, they love living here. Sure Chilliwack is surrounded by the most beautiful scenery in the province, mountains in every direction, endless farmland, and beautiful rivers and lakes. But what really makes this community special are its people. People just seem more relaxed and friendlier here. Chilliwack is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of communities to the west to make living here really feel like your in a small town. Chilliwack might feel small, but you値l find all the modern amenities one would expect from much larger urban centres. Shopping in historic Downtown Chilliwack, at the Cottonwood or Chilliwack Malls, or at any of the smaller shopping centres throughout the city, you値l find everything you need.

The Gables at Rivers Bend is located in one of Chilliwack痴 most desirable locations. The Gables is ideally situated to take advantage of the areas new amenities including those that are proposed for the new Garrison Crossing development on the former CFB lands just east of our location.

The Gables is also ideally situated if you want to take advantage of the great outdoors. Take short stroll down Peach Road that borders the west side of the community and you値l find the Rotary Vedder River Trail. The trail follows the Vedder River for 15km and you値l find walkers, joggers, cyclists, anglers, and maybe the odd horseback rider all enjoying the trail and river scenery.
